The experience

The thing about airport pickups is the moment you step out of baggage claim and realize you have no idea where to look. Not here. Your driver's already tracking your flight in real time, so by the time you're grabbing your luggage, they know exactly when you'll be ready. You get a voucher with a confirmation number and the driver's contact details the moment you book: save it on your phone. When you land in Nassau, look for someone holding a sign with your name, probably in a company uniform or carrying a booking-platform tablet. If ten or fifteen minutes pass and you don't see them, you've got an emergency number right there on the voucher.

The vehicle itself is clean and air-conditioned, which matters more than it sounds when you're coming off a flight in the Bahamas heat. There's Wi-Fi if you need it, water bottles, and if you're traveling with kids, child seats are available. Just mention it when you book. The driver speaks English, knows Nassau, and can point out where things are or suggest a route if you want the scenic coastal drive instead of the straight shot. Most transfers stick to the direct route, but you can ask. The whole thing is fixed-price, so there's no negotiation at the curb, no meter running, no surprise at the end.

You get dropped at your hotel, cruise port, or wherever you've put as your final address. The driver helps with luggage and makes sure you're at the entrance. It's the kind of service that sounds simple until you've done the alternative: standing in a taxi queue, haggling over the fare, hoping the driver knows where your hotel actually is. This one removes all three problems at once.
