The Experience

So you land at Nassau airport and your driver's already there holding a sign with your name on it — that's the whole thing right there. No hunting for a cab, no negotiating a fare at the curb, no wondering if you're getting overcharged. A dispatcher radios your driver the moment you clear customs, and he shows up in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle ready to take your group straight to your hotel, Airbnb, or wherever you're staying on New Providence Island. The price is locked in before you book, which means the transfer stops being a hassle and starts being just the first part of your trip.

The vehicle fits four or more passengers comfortably — spacious enough that you're not cramped after a flight, and the air conditioning actually works, which matters in Nassau heat. WiFi is on board if you need to message someone or check in, and if you're traveling with infants or small children, specialized seats are available on request. The driver knows Nassau, so if you want a quick stop or have questions about where you're headed, he can help. It's the kind of thing that sounds small until you're standing outside the terminal at midday with luggage and a group, and then you're grateful someone else handled it.

If your flight gets delayed or you need to shift the pickup time after booking, just contact them no later than 24 hours before — they'll adjust it. The flat rate covers anywhere in Nassau, so whether your hotel is five minutes from the airport or twenty, the price stays the same. Service animals travel with you, and if you're arriving at the cruise port instead of the airport, the same setup applies: dispatcher, sign, driver waiting.
