Nassau Airport Transfer: Private Car & Hotel Pickup

Your driver's already waiting when you clear customs at Nassau Airport

You're met by name at Nassau airport and driven to your hotel in a private air-conditioned car. Your return pickup is scheduled and confirmed before you leave the terminal. The driver handles luggage and knows the route, leaving you to focus on your arrival instead of transport logistics. You get a departure card with contact details in case anything changes.

Step-by-step itinerary

Arrival and airport transfer to hotel

• Arrive at Nassau Airport
• Meet Luxton Ace staff with sign
• Show voucher to representative
• Escort to vehicle or curb
• Travel to hotel in private vehicle
• Receive departure card and contact info

The experience

The first thing that hits you when you walk out of Sir Lynden Pindling Airport is the heat and the noise of arrivals: taxis honking, families regrouping, luggage carts everywhere. Then you spot the sign with your name on it, and suddenly that part is solved. Luxton Ace has a driver waiting on the outside of the arrivals section, and the whole logistics of getting from the airport to your hotel just stops being your problem. If it's raining, they'll drive the car right up to the curb so you don't have to drag your bags across the pavement.

The vehicle is private and air-conditioned, which matters more than it sounds when you're arriving in Nassau and the humidity is already climbing. Your driver escorts you across the street to the car (or straight to it if the weather's bad), and once you're settled, they hand you a departure card with the date and time for your return pickup, plus contact details in case your plans shift. That card is the thing that actually changes the trip: you're not scrambling to book a ride home or wondering if you'll find a taxi when you need one. It's already arranged.

The service runs to any hotel within Nassau, and the driver knows the routes. You get a round-trip transfer, so your return to the airport is locked in from the moment you arrive. If you're coming off a cruise ship instead of a flight, the same driver system applies. Just make sure you've given the operator your ship name, docking time and re-boarding time when you book, so the timing lines up with your departure.

Top questions

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Contact the operator using the details on your departure card. The driver can adjust the pickup time, but you should notify them as soon as you know about the delay.

Can I fit my luggage in the vehicle?

Each traveler is allowed one suitcase. Oversized luggage like surfboards, golf clubs or bikes may have restrictions. Contact the operator before your trip to confirm if your extra bags will fit.

How many people can the car hold?

Up to 5 passengers with 5 suitcases, or 6 passengers with 3 suitcases total. The driver will confirm capacity when you book.

What if I'm arriving by cruise ship instead of plane?

The same service applies. At booking, provide your ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time so the driver can schedule your pickup and return to match your ship's schedule.

Is the return trip included?

Yes. The round-trip transfer is included, and your return pickup time is given to you on a card when you arrive at your hotel.

What if I need to change my departure time?

Contact the operator using the phone number on your departure card. They'll adjust your return pickup if possible.
