Nassau Airport Transfer: Private Car for 4 & Under

Someone's holding a sign with your name on it

You're met at Nassau airport arrivals with a name sign and driven directly to your hotel or Airbnb in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. WiFi is included, the driver knows the island, and your fare is fixed before departure. The whole transfer takes the guesswork out of getting from the airport to where you're staying.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private airport transfer to accommodation

• Meet company representative at airport
• Representative holds sign with reservation name
• Driver meets you at airport front
• Travel to hotel or Air B&B

The experience

"Is that us?" You're scanning the arrivals hall, luggage in hand, and there it is: your name on a placard, held by a driver who's already spotted you. That's how the Nassau airport transfer starts. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating a fare at the curb, no wondering if you're getting in the right car. The driver knows who you are, knows where you're going, and the price is locked in before you land.

The vehicle is air-conditioned, which matters more than it sounds when you step out of the Nassau heat into a cool interior. WiFi is on board, so if you need to message your hotel or check in with someone back home, you're already connected. The driver is knowledgeable about the island. If you have questions about where to eat, what's worth seeing, how to get around once you're settled, they'll point you in the right direction. It's not a tour. It's a transfer that takes the friction out of arrival.

The whole thing is built around one simple fact: you don't have to arrange anything once you land. No app to open, no waiting for a ride to accept, no surge pricing. You walk out, find your name, get in, and go to your hotel or Airbnb. If you need to shift your departure time after you've booked, you can change it. Just contact them no later than 24 hours before. Infant seats are available if you're traveling with small children.
