The experience

The driver waits outside the arrivals terminal with a sign bearing the lead passenger's name. Once you clear customs on the lower floor, you'll be escorted across the street to the van, or if it's raining, the driver brings the vehicle to the curb so you don't have to walk. The ride takes 30 to 40 minutes to reach the Paradise Island hotels, which include Atlantis, Warwick, Bay View Suites, Harbourside, Ocean Club, Sunrise Villas, RIU and Comfort Suites.

The van is comfortable with soft drinks and snacks on board. Your driver is knowledgeable about the area and will share tips for your vacation. At the end of the ride, you'll receive a departure card with your pickup date and time for the return journey, plus contact details in case your plans change. If you speak Spanish or Portuguese, you can arrange a bilingual driver at an additional cost. They'll also help orient you to your hotel when you arrive.

Cruise passengers need to provide ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time at booking so the driver can time the pickup to get you back to the port on schedule. The service accommodates wheelchairs and collapsible chairs with removable wheels, provided a companion can assist with boarding and disembarking.
