Three Reef Stops Before Noon, Mimosas Included

You board a catamaran at dawn, snorkel three reef sites—Boca Catalina, the Antilla Shipwreck, and Malmok Reef—with a local guide, and eat breakfast and lunch on board with unlimited champagne cocktails and drinks. The boat returns by early afternoon, leaving your day open. Equipment, all food, and the open bar are included; you just show up.

4h

Step-by-step itinerary

  • Board catamaran in Aruba
  • Sail along turquoise coast
  • Enjoy fresh mimosa brunch
  • Snorkel at Boca Catalina
  • Snorkel at Antilla Shipwreck
  • Snorkel at Malmok Reef
  • Relax and unwind on board

The Experience

The catamaran leaves the dock early, and you're on the water while Aruba's coast is still quiet. The boat heads straight for Boca Catalina first—shallow, calm, and packed with fish that don't scatter when you slip in. Your snorkel gear is already fitted; the crew handles the logistics. You spend maybe forty minutes underwater, then back on deck where someone hands you a mimosa and a plate of breakfast. No rushing between stops, no waiting for a group to assemble. The rhythm is built in.

After Boca Catalina, the boat moves to the Antilla Shipwreck, a cargo ship that sank in 1940 and is now a reef unto itself. The wreck sits in shallow water—you can see the whole structure, the railings, the cargo hold—and it's surrounded by coral and grouper that have claimed it as home. A local guide is there to point out what you're looking at, but mostly you're free to explore at your own pace. Then Malmok Reef, the third stop, where the coral formations are dense and the water stays clear. By the time you surface for the last time, you've seen three distinct underwater landscapes in one morning.

The boat drifts between snorkeling stops, and the open bar runs the whole time—mimosas, rum punch, beer, water, coffee. Lunch comes out around late morning: fresh fruit, sandwiches, local specialties. Nobody's rushing you off the water at two o'clock; the whole experience wraps by early afternoon, which means your day isn't over. You get back to your hotel or beach with most of the afternoon still ahead.

The catamaran itself is built for this—wide, stable, with shaded areas if the sun gets too much. Children can come; infants can stay in a stroller on deck. The crew knows the reefs and the marine life, but they're not narrating constantly. It's the kind of tour where you can be social or quiet, active or lounging, depending on what you want that day.

What’s included

Your morning includes hotel pickup (if booked with transfer), a local guide at each snorkel site, use of snorkel equipment, breakfast with champagne mimosas, lunch, and unlimited drinks from the open bar throughout the half-day sail. The catamaran provides shade and space to relax between stops.
