The Experience
You start in San Telmo with a safety briefing and a comfortable beach cruiser, then head straight into Puerto Madero—the city's newest neighborhood, built from old docks now lined with restaurants and lofts. The ride opens onto views of the Río de la Plata and the skyline beyond. From there you pedal into Recoleta, where the architecture shifts to French-style buildings, family mansions and embassies. You'll pass the Laws University and the Floralis Generica sculpture, a metal flower that opens and closes with the sun.
The tour takes you through Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón and other legendary Argentinians are buried, and through Barrio Norte, the lively stretch of Recoleta around Santa Fe Avenue. Then it's on to Palermo, Buenos Aires' largest neighborhood. You ride to Palermo Woods, the city's biggest park, where you stop at the rose garden—more than 400 rose bushes planted in rows. The route also passes the Buenos Aires Zoo, the Botánical Garden, Plaza Italia and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium. Throughout the ride your guide breaks periodically so you can stretch and take photos, and shares stories about the city's history and the neighborhoods you're moving through. The tour ends back at the starting point after 3 hours.

Is this one for you?Book the morning departure if you want to see the neighborhoods before the afternoon crowds fill the parks and plazas; the afternoon slot works just as well if you prefer a later start and don't mind the busier streets.
