The experience
The day starts with a van pickup from your resort or cruise port and a drive to Seatons village, where you board a high-speed boat for a 10-minute ride to Stingray City. You'll spend about an hour in the water with Antigua's famous southern stingrays: free animals in their natural habitat, not confined or trained. The stingrays are accustomed to visitors and you can feed, touch and interact with them safely in water shallow enough to stand comfortably. After the boat ride back to shore, you get 20 minutes to rinse off in fresh water, use the restroom and view professional photos of the experience (photos are not included in the tour price).
From there, the van takes you to Devil's Bridge, one of Antigua's most recognizable natural landmarks: a limestone arch carved by Atlantic waves over centuries. You'll stop for roughly 10 minutes to walk around the arch, watch the blowholes and photograph the rugged eastern coastline. A short drive brings you to Long Bay Beach, where you have about 75 minutes to swim in the turquoise sea, lie on the sand or grab lunch and drinks at one of the beachfront restaurants. The tour includes an authentic local lunch at a selected restaurant, a 40-minute stop where you'll eat traditional Antiguan food made with fresh island ingredients.
Before returning to your resort or port, you visit Betty's Hope, a 17th-century sugar plantation with a restored windmill. The 15-minute stop lets you walk the grounds, learn about Antigua's plantation history and take in views across the island. The van is air-conditioned throughout, the group stays under eight people, and your guide speaks English and shares local history and culture as you move between stops. You'll receive a participation certificate at the end of the day.

Top questions
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Youth (10 to 14 years); Child (5 to 9 years); Infant (under 5).
What exactly happens when you swim with the stingrays at Stingray City?
You wade into shallow water where free southern stingrays live in their natural habitat and interact with them for about 60 minutes. The water is shallow enough to stand comfortably the whole time, so no swimming ability is needed. You can feed, touch and observe these gentle animals as they move around you. They are not confined or trained, and the experience is designed to be safe and respectful of the animals.
Is the lunch included in the tour price, and what kind of food is served?
Yes, lunch is included. You'll eat at a local restaurant for about 40 minutes and have authentic Antiguan cuisine prepared with fresh island ingredients. The exact menu depends on the restaurant's daily offerings, but it represents traditional Caribbean flavors.
How much time do you actually spend at each stop?
Stingray City takes roughly 100 minutes total (10 minutes each way by boat, 60 minutes in the water, plus 20 minutes on shore). Devil's Bridge is about 10 minutes. Long Bay Beach is 75 minutes. Betty's Hope is 15 minutes. The remaining time is spent driving between locations in the air-conditioned van.
What's included in the tour price and what do you need to bring?
Hotel or cruise port pickup, snorkeling equipment, lunch, water, a complimentary drink (fruit punch or rum punch for guests 21 and over), use of the air-conditioned vehicle, all fees and taxes, and a participation certificate are all included. Bring a towel and wear clothes you don't mind getting wet. Photos taken during the tour are available for purchase but not included.
Does the tour work for people who aren't strong swimmers?
Yes. The water at Stingray City is shallow enough to stand in comfortably throughout the experience, so no swimming skills are required. The tour is suitable for all fitness levels, and infants can sit on an adult's lap during the van portions.
What is Devil's Bridge and why is it worth seeing?
Devil's Bridge is a natural limestone arch on Antigua's eastern coast, shaped by centuries of Atlantic waves. It's one of the island's most iconic landmarks and offers dramatic views of the rugged coastline. During the 10-minute stop, you can walk around the arch, watch the blowholes where waves crash through, and take photographs.
