The Experience
The air in the Old Quarter always has this faint smell of grilled pork and fresh herbs—especially around late afternoon, when the street vendors start setting up. Our guide, Linh, met us right by the mosaic wall and immediately made us feel at ease, chatting with our kids about their favorite foods back home.
