You cycle through the countryside to reach Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple — both built in the 10th century, both still standing with their original architecture mostly intact. Lunch is a buffet of local Vietnamese cuisine at a restaurant in town, and then at 1:30 you're at Trang An wharf, where a rower helps you into a bamboo boat.
