The experience
The tour picks you up at the port or your hotel and moves through Nha Trang's landmarks at a pace you set. Long Son Pagoda, built in 1886, holds a 31-metre-high Buddha statue and bronze Buddha figures weighing 700 kilograms in its main hall. Po Nagar Cham Towers, constructed between the 7th and 12th centuries, still stand after over a thousand years: their brick structure and design remain partly mysterious to modern engineers. Hon Chong, a massive rock formation on the coast, carries a local legend about a giant's handprint and a woman cradling a child carved into the stone.
The National Oceanographic Museum occupies a French-colonial building from 1923 and holds 60,000 preserved marine specimens, stuffed birds and sea mammals, plus displays of local fishing boats and gear. Dam Market, operating since 1974, fills with color and activity: a working market where locals shop rather than a tourist stage. The Stone Church, built in the Roman and French Gothic style, sits on a hillside with a brass bell cast by the French foundry Carillon Bourdon.
Lunch is Vietnamese cuisine at a local restaurant, and your guide speaks English throughout the day. Because the tour is private and customizable, you choose which stops matter most and how long to linger: the 5 to 8 hour window reflects that flexibility. Port pickup and drop-off are included, so you move straight from the ship to the first site without arranging transport.

Can I choose which attractions to visit, or is the itinerary fixed?
The tour is customized and flexible, so you work with your guide to decide which stops matter most and how much time to spend at each one. The standard route covers Long Son Pagoda, Po Nagar Cham Towers, the Oceanographic Museum, Stone Church, Hon Chong and Dam Market, but the order and duration adjust to your interests.
What are Po Nagar Cham Towers?
Po Nagar Cham Towers are ancient structures built between the 7th and 12th centuries by the Cham civilization. The towers have survived over a thousand years, and their brick construction and engineering remain partly unexplained by modern scholars.
Is lunch included, and what kind of food will I eat?
Vietnamese cuisine lunch is included in the tour price. You'll eat at a local restaurant as part of the day's itinerary, so no separate meal cost or planning is needed.
