The experience

Five to ten hours gives you room to move through Nha Trang without rushing. The tour starts with pickup from Cam Ranh port and moves through the city's landmarks: Long Son Pagoda, a Buddhist temple built in 1886 at the foot of Trai Thuy Mountain; Po Nagar Cham Towers, a 7th-to-12th-century structure built by the Cham civilization; and Hon Chong, a cluster of rocks on the beach that creates a majestic sight from the shore. You'll also walk through Dam Market, the city's largest market with a distinctive lotus-flower shape when viewed from above, and stop at the National Oceanographic Museum, housed in a French-colonial building from 1923 with tanks of reef fish and sharks alongside historical fishing artifacts.

Lunch happens at a local restaurant partway through the day. Your guide speaks English and travels with you the whole time, answering questions about the sites as you move between them.
