The day starts with pickup from your Da Nang or Hoi An hotel between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, depending on which city you choose. The group meets at a sculpture shop for a quick stop, then heads to Cua Dai Quay to board a speedboat for Cham Island. The boat ride takes about 45 minutes, and once you arrive, you walk through Au Thuyen, visit Hai Tang pagoda and the Ong temple before heading to Huong Beach for snorkeling. The coral sits in shallow water here, so you can see it clearly without diving deep.
Snorkeling gear is provided, and you'll have time in the water to swim and explore the marine life around the reefs. After snorkeling, the group moves to Ong Beach for lunch: Vietnamese food and drinks are included. The rest of the afternoon is yours: some people swim more, others walk around the beach or rest in the shade. At 2 PM, you board the boat back to Da Nang, with a stop in Hoi An around 2:30 PM before final dropoff at your Da Nang hotel by 3:30 PM.
Bring swimwear, a change of clothes, sunscreen and a sun hat. There's a changing room and shower at Ong Beach, so you can rinse off before the boat ride back.
