The experience

The tour picks you up from a Da Nang hotel between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., then drives to Ba Na Hills. Once there, you board the first cable car to the upper station, where you walk to the Golden Bridge (the Hand of the Gods sculpture holding it aloft), and explore L'Jardin Zone with its French colonial architecture, Tinh Tâm Garden and French Stable. You'll also visit Linh Ung Pagoda and its 27-meter Buddha statue. The guide handles the route and timing. No shopping stops interrupt the day.

At 11:30 a.m., you board a second cable system from Debay station to reach Nui Chua Peak, the rooftop of Da Nang City. Buffet lunch happens here. Afterward, you spend time in Fantasy Park, one of Asia's largest indoor game centers, and visit Linh Chua Linh Tu temple to take in panoramic views of Da Nang city and Da Nang bay. The descent by cable car begins around 4:30 p.m., and you return to the city center by 5:00 p.m.

The minivan holds a maximum of 12 guests and picks up from five points across Da Nang's city center in about 30 minutes. Your guide speaks English and travels with you the entire day. The tour includes the round-trip cable car fees, sightseeing entry, lunch, and a bottle of water. If your hotel sits far from the city center, a surcharge applies and is paid to the guide on the day of the tour.
