The ride itself takes 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic and your destination within the city.

The vehicle size depends on your group: a sedan for one to three passengers, an SUV for four, a minivan for five, a minibus for six to eight or nine to fourteen. Each carries a set number of standard luggage pieces (24-inch size), and if your bags exceed that, an upgrade fee applies. The air conditioning runs the whole way, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport if your flight is delayed, or 15 minutes at the hotel if you book that option. All fees and taxes are built into the price.

Washington traffic can shift your arrival time, so the driver confirms details ahead and stays in touch. If your destination is outside the city center (a suburb, a nearby town, a hotel at the edge), an extra fee based on your exact address will be added at checkout. Specialized infant seats are available if you're traveling with a baby, and strollers travel free.
