Dulles Airport to Washington Transfer: Private Business Car

A driver meets you at arrivals with your name on a sign.

Private airport transfer from Dulles IAD to Washington in a business car seats up to three passengers and includes meet-and-greet service, luggage assistance, and one hour of free waiting time with flight tracking. Your professionally-trained driver greets you in the arrivals terminal, handles your bags, and drives you to your hotel while you sit in the back seat. The vehicle is disinfected before your arrival, and complimentary hand sanitizer is provided.

The experience

Your driver holds a name sign in the arrivals terminal and helps load your luggage into the business car. The vehicle itself is disinfected before you arrive, and hand sanitizer sits in the back seat. You ride in the back while your driver handles the route to your Washington hotel, opening and closing the door for you at both ends. The whole trip takes around 45 minutes depending on traffic and your destination within the city.

One hour of free waiting time is built in, so if your flight lands early and you need time to collect yourself or wait for travel companions, the meter does not start running. The driver tracks your flight, so they know when to expect you. All airport taxes and parking fees are included in the price. Nothing gets added at the end.
