The experience

When you land at Dulles, your driver is already tracking your flight. You'll find them waiting in the arrivals terminal with a name sign, ready to help with luggage and guide you to the van. The vehicle arrives cleaned and disinfected, with bottled water and hand sanitizer already inside. Your driver handles the door and all the logistics. You just settle in and start your trip to Washington feeling like you've already arrived.

The van fits up to six passengers, so families or small groups travel together without splitting up or waiting for a shuttle. If your flight lands late or baggage takes longer than expected, you get a full hour of free waiting time at the airport with live flight tracking, so there's no rush and no surprise charges. All airport taxes and parking fees are included in the price.

The drive to most Washington hotels runs around 45 minutes depending on traffic and which neighborhood you're headed to. Your driver is professionally trained and speaks English, so if you need a restaurant recommendation or directions to your hotel entrance, they can help.
