Orlando Airport to Theme Park Hotel Transfer: Meet and Greet

Skip the rental counter and ride to your hotel in a private car

Private transfer service from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to any theme park resort hotel in the Orlando area. Your chauffeur meets you inside baggage claim with a sign bearing your name and flight information, then drives you directly to your hotel. The ride takes 30 to 59 minutes depending on which resort you're headed to.

The experience

Your chauffeur is waiting inside baggage claim the moment you clear customs, holding a sign with your name and flight details. No hunting through the terminal, no waiting for a shuttle van to fill up. You walk out with your bags and head straight to a private car. The driver is professionally trained and knows the route to every theme park resort in the area, so you can settle in and start planning your days instead of navigating unfamiliar roads.

The service handles all the logistics that usually eat into your first day: no rental car paperwork, no figuring out parking at your hotel, no stress about driving on an unfamiliar highway after a flight. Infants and small children can travel in a pram or stroller, and specialized infant seats are available if you need one. Service animals are welcome on board.
