Orlando Airport Private Van Transfer: Meet & Greet Included

Your driver is waiting with your name on a sign.

A private van transfer from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your destination within 22 miles, with a driver who meets you at baggage claim holding a sign with your last name and assists with luggage. The service is never shared with other parties, and all taxes, tolls and fuel surcharges are included in the price. Gratuity for the driver is separate. Up to 10 passengers fit in the van, and one front-facing car seat plus two backless booster seats are free upon request.

The experience

The driver meets you at baggage claim instead of you hunting for a pickup zone or texting to find the car. They hold a sign with your last name, help load luggage, and drive you directly to your hotel, resort or destination within the 22-mile radius of MCO. The van is air-conditioned and holds about eight medium suitcases total, so there is room for a family's worth of luggage without the usual cramming. All taxes, tolls and fuel surcharges are built into the quoted price, so no surprise charges appear at the end of the ride.

This is a private service. The van carries only your party, never mixed with other travelers heading in different directions. The vehicle is generally a passenger van sized to your group, and if you are traveling with infants or young children, one front-facing car seat and two backless booster seats come free when you request them at booking. A rear-facing infant seat is available for an additional fee. The drive typically takes 20 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and your destination within the service area.

For the return trip to the airport, you can book a separate transfer using the code 124462P7 in the search tab. Service animals are welcome on board.
