Orlando Airport to Lake Buena Vista: Private Transfer

Skip the Rental Car Line: Direct Transfer from Orlando Airport to Your Hotel

You book a time and flight number, receive your driver's details 48 hours before, and meet them at arrivals with up to 60 minutes of included wait time. The driver takes you directly to Lake Buena Vista in an air-conditioned vehicle while you avoid the rental car desk, the parking fees, and the stress of navigating unfamiliar roads after traveling. Price is fixed and includes all taxes.

The experience

Your driver is already waiting at the arrivals curb when you clear customs. You've given your flight number ahead of time, so they know when you land: no texting, no hunting for a phone number, no standing around with your luggage trying to figure out what comes next. The car is air-conditioned and ready. You get in, and someone else handles the route to Lake Buena Vista while you decompress after the flight.

The service runs 24/7, which matters if you land at midnight or catch an early morning flight. You'll get your driver's contact information 48 hours before pickup, and the meeting point details the day before, so there's no guessing. The driver waits up to 60 minutes at no extra charge if your flight is delayed: that buffer is what makes a private transfer from Orlando International actually reliable instead of stressful. Professional drivers know the roads and avoid traffic jams, which saves time on the drive to your hotel.

Luggage is straightforward: one suitcase and one small carry-on per person. If you're traveling with kids, specialized infant seats are available. Just let the operator know when you book. Oversized items like golf clubs or surfboards need advance approval, and extra bags beyond the standard allowance cost more. The vehicle type depends on your group size and how much you're bringing, so mention both when you reserve.

Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your ride. Customer service is available around the clock if your plans shift or you need to reschedule. The price is fixed and includes all fees and taxes, so there's no negotiation at the curb and no surprises on the bill.
