Orlando to Port Canaveral Transfer: Private Airport Shuttle

A driver who knows when you land, not a shuttle that runs on a schedule

A private transfer service between Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando hotels and Port Canaveral cruise port in an air-conditioned luxury van. Your driver tracks your flight and ship arrival to meet you at the right time, eliminating the wait for a shared shuttle or the uncertainty of arranging your own ride. Choose roundtrip, airport-to-port or port-to-airport depending on your cruise itinerary.

The experience

The service operates as a private transportation arrangement: only your party travels in the van, not a mix of passengers heading to different hotels or ports. Your driver is trained to monitor flight arrivals and cruise ship schedules, so they know when to expect you and where to meet you. This removes the guesswork of timing a transfer on your own or waiting for a shared shuttle to fill up before it departs. The van is air-conditioned and built for comfort over the roughly 45 minutes to an hour the drive takes between Orlando and Port Canaveral.

You pick the option that matches your itinerary: roundtrip if you're flying in and out of Orlando, one-way from the airport to the port if you're arriving by plane, or one-way from the port back to the airport if you're flying out after your cruise. Pickup is included, so your driver will meet you at baggage claim or at your hotel, depending on which leg of the journey you're booking. The company maintains communication with you before the transfer to confirm times and details, so there's no confusion about where or when to meet.

How does the driver know when to pick me up if my flight is delayed?

Can I book a transfer from my Orlando hotel instead of the airport?
