A hands-on candy making class at Nashville's Goo Goo Chocolate Co. flagship store where you design your own Premium Goo Goo cluster, choosing from a variety of ingredients, while learning the history of Tennessee's official candy bar. The Experience

The Goo Goo Chocolate Co. flagship store sits in downtown Nashville, and the class starts with the story: in 1912, this was America's first combination candy bar—a mound of caramel, marshmallow nougat, and roasted peanuts under milk chocolate. You'll taste a flight of different chocolates and sample the original cluster before moving to the hands-on part of the session.

In the candy making portion, you design your own Premium Goo Goo from a large selection of included ingredients, working with a local instructor who guides the process. The class runs about an hour, and you walk out with the candy you made and a souvenir apron.
