You get picked up from your hotel, fly 12 minutes over the Las Vegas Strip at night with aerial views of the Bellagio Fountains and Fremont Street, then explore the Neon Museum's Main Boneyard on a guided tour with vintage casino signs lit up in neon. The experience ends with the Brilliant! light show in the North Boneyard, and you're back on the ground by the end of the evening.
So yeah, you're standing at the Downtown Las Vegas heliport at dusk, and they hand you a headset and walk you toward this EC-130 helicopter like it's the most normal thing in the world. The flight itself is about 10 to 12 minutes, but it doesn't feel short — you're climbing over the Stratosphere Tower first, then banking north toward Fremont Street where the original Vegas lights are still flickering. The pilot circles you over the Bellagio Fountains while they're actually running, so you're watching the whole choreographed thing from directly above, the water catching the Strip's glow, Paris Las Vegas and Caesars Palace glittering underneath. It's the kind of view you can't get any other way.
After you touch down, there's a shuttle waiting to take you to the Neon Museum — the place where all the old casino signs from the Strip and Downtown have ended up. You get a guided tour through the Main Boneyard, and some of these signs are actually lit up, which is wild because you're seeing the actual neon tubes that hung outside casinos decades ago, still glowing. The guide walks you through the history without making it feel like a lecture, and then they take you to the North Boneyard for the Brilliant! show — it's a light-mapping projection set to Vegas-style music that plays across the vintage signs. It's cheesy in the best way, honestly, and it wraps up the whole night pretty perfectly.
The whole thing runs about 3.5 hours from pickup at your hotel to when you're done at the museum. Hotel pickup is included, and they handle the shuttle from the heliport to the Neon Museum, so you're not figuring out transport between stops. Just bring your government-issued photo ID for the flight — that's required for everyone 18 and up. After the Brilliant! show ends, you make your own way back to your hotel, so the evening doesn't feel rushed or packaged.

Is this one for you?Book this if you want to see the Las Vegas Strip from the air and explore the city's neon history in one evening without arranging separate transport or museum tickets — the helicopter and museum are timed to flow into each other, and hotel pickup means you're not managing logistics between stops.
