The experience

You get picked up from your Las Vegas hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle and driven out to the desert mountain range. This is not an indoor range. You're shooting in open space with real distance and real targets. The setup includes four guns: you start with a Glock pistol (5 rounds), move to an MP59 submachine gun (25 rounds), then an Uzi (25 rounds), and finish with a single round from a .50 caliber Barrett sniper rifle. The guide handles all ammunition and gun setup, and the whole shooting portion takes up most of the 3.5 hours.

Safety and instruction are built into the experience. The operator guarantees a safe shoot with their team managing the weapons, the targets and the firing line. You're not left to figure it out alone: the guide walks you through each gun, how to hold it, where to aim, and what to expect from the recoil and sound. Ammunition is included for all four weapons.
