The experience

You meet your certified guide at the pontoon for a safety orientation, then climb into the jet car: a 1800cc watercraft built for speed and control. Your captain follows on a separate jet ski, staying close enough to support you but far enough to let you feel the throttle. The water opens up in front of you as you cruise past the Burj Al Arab and toward Atlantis, the landmarks sliding past at a pace you control. Twenty minutes goes fast. Thirty or sixty stretch the run and let you push further out.

Your captain is shooting the whole thing: photos and video from the water, angles you can't get yourself. Those files come free, ready to download when you're done. The ride is customized to how you want it: first-timers get a steadier pace and reassurance. Experienced riders can lean harder into the acceleration. Either way, the captain's job is keeping you safe and making sure the day holds together.

When you're back at the pontoon, lockers and a shower facility are there to rinse off and change. Free drinking water, Wi-Fi, and time to catch your breath before you head out. The whole operation runs in English, French, Arabic, Hindi and one additional language, so the briefing and any questions get answered in your words.
