Thirty minutes on the water means you ride past four major Dubai landmarks without spending half your day on the jet ski. You'll pass directly in front of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline, then move along the coast to Burj Al Arab (the sail-shaped hotel that defines modern Dubai), and Atlantis Palm Jumeirah, the resort built on the Palm.
