The experience

Hotel pickup happens beachside at your Grace Bay resort, then the catamaran departs for a two-hour sail past the white sand of Grace Bay itself and the uninhabited cays scattered around Providenciales. The boat is spacious enough to move around on, and music plays throughout. You're not anchored to one spot watching the scenery. You're actively sailing, feeling the Caribbean breeze and the motion of the water.

The food and drink arrive as the sail progresses: a platter of appetizers and finger foods prepared by a local restaurant, including cracked conch; red and white wines; rum punch; local beers; soft drinks; and a glass of champagne timed for the moment the catamaran turns to face the sunset.
