Once there, you'll spend 30 minutes getting fitted with equipment and learning the basics from your professional certified instructor before the three-hour climbing session begins at 09:30. During that window you'll work on top-rope climbing, bouldering, rappelling and more — the instructor tailors the session to your level and what you want to practice. After 12:30, you have time to relax on the beach or swim out to see coral and colourful fish just metres offshore before the boat ride back.
The course includes all climbing gear, drinking water, basic accident insurance and the round-trip transfer from your hotel.
