The experience

You depart from Marina Royale in Marigot on jet ski, heading out to the launch location where the flyboard waits. Once there, your certified instructor attaches you to their jet ski and shows you how the board works: water jets beneath your feet create the force that lifts you skyward. You're tethered to the instructor the entire time, so the only thing you're managing is the feeling of rising above the water.

The 30-minute session is the flight itself. You'll climb, hover and move through the air under your instructor's direction, experiencing what it feels like to defy gravity above the Caribbean. The instructor handles the jet ski. You handle the sensation. A helmet and all safety gear come with the booking.

Your guide speaks English, Spanish or French, and children from age 8 can join. The operator needs your weight and height at booking to set up the board correctly. Marina Royale sits in Marigot with public transportation nearby if you're getting there on your own.
