The boat departs from a location with public transportation nearby, and guides speak English, Spanish, French or German depending on the departure you choose.

One hard rule: do not fly for at least 24 hours after diving. This is a safety measure to prevent decompression-related injuries. If you are over 60 or have any medical condition—cardiovascular issues, spinal injuries, pregnancy—you must bring a valid diving medical certificate signed by a physician before you can participate. Otherwise, the activity is open to all fitness levels.
