You get picked up from your hotel and driven to 3–4 of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches and coastal coves, with snorkeling, optional cliff jumping, and swimming at each stop. Lunch is included—either at a restaurant or a sea-view spot you choose. The guide brings all the gear (snorkels, fins, water shoes), picks the safest route based on that day's sea conditions, and keeps the group small so you're not crowded. You return to your starting point by mid-afternoon (5–6 hours) or early evening (8 hours for the full Caló des Moro route).
The van pulls away from your hotel around 10 a.m., heading toward Mallorca's southern coast. Your guide reads the sea conditions and picks the route—Southwest toward Portal Vells or Southeast toward Delta and Cala Pi—that will give you the calmest water and the best swimming that day. It's a small group, which means you're not herding through a crowded beach or waiting for stragglers. The drive takes maybe 45 minutes to the first stop, and you can already see the water changing color as you get closer to the cliffs.
At Portal Vells or Delta, depending on which route you're on, you step out onto dramatic coastline and walk down to four secluded coves. The water is clear enough to see the bottom, and snorkeling gear is already in the van—fins, mask, snorkel. If you want to jump from the rocks, the guide points out which ones are safe; if you'd rather just swim and float, that's fine too. You get maybe an hour here, long enough to actually relax instead of rushing through. After that, you drive to a scenic viewpoint—the Malgrats Islands if you're on the Southwest route—or continue along the coast to Cala Pi, a beach that sits in a narrow gorge with turquoise water and almost no one on it.
Around midday, you stop to buy lunch. The guide knows the spots—you can grab food from a local restaurant or a small shop and eat it at a sea-view cove, or pick up supplies and have a picnic on the sand. After lunch, there's usually another swim stop. If you booked the full-day Caló des Moro tour (8 hours instead of 5–6), you drive inland through vineyards and past old stone towers called talaiots, then down to Caló des Moro itself—a protected beach tucked into a nature reserve with a short walk through scrubland to reach it. The water there is the color you see in photos but don't quite believe until you're standing in it. The final stop is Cala s'Almunia, where there's a sea cave and another chance to jump or swim before the drive back to Palma.
Everything you need is included: snorkels, water shoes, a coolbox, sunshades, a beach blanket, and a guide who knows which coves are worth your time. The road to Caló des Moro from Palma is about an hour's drive plus a 20-minute walk, so if that sounds like too much, the Original tour (5–6 hours) keeps you on the coast without the inland stretch. If you're arriving on a cruise ship, earlier departures can be arranged so you're back at the port in time.
Hotel pickup and return to your starting location, snorkeling equipment (mask, fins, snorkel), water shoes, coolbox, sunshade, beach blanket, and a local guide who selects the safest route based on sea conditions. Lunch is not included, but you stop at a local restaurant or shop to buy food and eat it at a sea-view cove or beach.
