3h

Step-by-step itinerary

Kayak and snorkel along Jávea coast

  • Meet at the cove
  • Kayak along Cap de la Nao cliff
  • Explore sea caves by kayak
  • Stop for small lunch
  • Snorkel in paradisiacal cove

The Experience

The kayak launches from a cove meeting point and heads toward Cap de la Nao, where the coastline breaks into cliffs and caves. You paddle into the caves themselves—spaces carved into the rock that sit above sea level, accessible only by kayak. The guide stops inside to let you look around and eat a small snack before heading back out to the water.

After the caves, the group paddles to one of the paradisiacal coves where snorkeling happens. You drop the kayak, put on the snorkeling gear and spend time in the water around the rocks. These coves are only reachable by sea, which is why the kayak gets you there. Neoprene is provided depending on the season, and bottled water is on hand throughout.

This is a medium-level excursion, meaning it asks for some kayaking experience or a beginner's willingness to work hard. The three-hour window keeps the pace steady without dragging. The guide speaks English, Spanish or French, and the group stays small enough that instruction and safety checks happen as you go.

What’s included

  • Kayak and snorkeling equipment.
  • neoprene depending on the season.
  • a small snack served inside the sea cave.
  • bottled water.
