The Experience

The boat leaves Puerto de Mogán for a 1-hour cruise along Gran Canaria's volcanic south coast. You'll pass Taurito caves, see the cliffs and coves that don't show from the beach, and get views of the Mogán coastline from the water. The pace is relaxed — this is the setup for what comes next, not the main event.

Back at the dock, moored and steady, the tasting begins. A 3-course Canarian menu arrives course by course: artisanal cheeses, Chorizo de Teror and olive oil first; seasonal fruit next; homemade yogurt to close. Each course pairs with a different local wine — rosé, then an aged white, then a semi-sweet Listán. Water and soft drinks are available throughout.
