Then the terrain shifts to off-road driving for 15 minutes, where the adrenaline kicks in as you navigate rougher ground. The whole experience wraps up back at base, and you'll be covered in dust by the end, so plan your clothes accordingly.

The activity runs for two hours total and includes a live guide who speaks English, Spanish or French. Hotel pickup is available from Los Cristianos through Callao Salvaje, and the operator will send you the exact meeting point and time by WhatsApp or email once you book. You'll need a valid Class B driving licence to get behind the wheel. Temporary permits don't count. Passengers under 18 cannot drive but can ride as long as they're at least 8 years old and 1.20 m tall. Closed shoes are compulsory: flip-flops and open-toe footwear are not allowed.
