The guide speaks English, Italian, French, Czech or one additional language, and walks you through what you're tasting, where it comes from, what makes it rare, how it sits next to the others. Twenty minutes is the whole span, so this fits into a morning or afternoon on foot through the city. You're not sitting down. You're standing and tasting, then moving on.
