The experience
You arrive at the lochside and change in the on-site rooms, then step into the wood-fired sauna to warm up. The heat builds as you sit, and the countryside views through the windows give you something to settle into. After your time in the sauna, you walk straight to the loch and take the cold dip: the contrast between the heat and the freshwater is the whole point, and it's what your body remembers. You can repeat the cycle, moving between the sauna and the loch as many times as you want within the 55 minutes.
A host meets you when you arrive and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The group stays small, no more than eight people, so the sauna never feels crowded and the loch access stays peaceful. Free parking sits right there, and the on-site café lets you grab a coffee or food before you leave or while you're warming up between rounds.

Top questions
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Youth (12 to 15 years). Under 12: they can't be included in the booking.
What happens if I'm not comfortable with cold water?
The loch dip is part of the contrast therapy that makes the experience work, but you control how long you stay in and how many times you go back. The cold water is freshwater from the loch, and stepping in after the sauna heat is the invigorating part most people come for.
Is there anywhere to change and dry off?
On-site changing rooms are included, so you can change before and after your session. The café is also there if you want to sit and warm up with a hot drink once you're done.
How many people go at the same time?
Social sessions are capped at eight people, so you're sharing the sauna with like-minded people but never in a large group. It stays intimate and peaceful.
