The experience

You arrive at the distillery on the Eden Estuary with a perfectly served G&T already in hand. An expert ambassador leads you through the immersive gin room, where the history and botanical makeup of Eden Mill's three signature creations (Original Gin, Golf Gin, and Love Gin) unfold through storytelling and tasting notes. You'll see the striking copper still at work before settling in for the guided tasting itself, each gin served with its proper garnish and mixer so you taste it the way it's meant to be.

The location anchors the whole thing: perched on the banks of the Eden Estuary, the distillery frames views of the St Andrews skyline.
