Stadium tours depart on the hour between 11am and 5pm, and you schedule your slot when you arrive at the museum reception—no advance booking required, though tours fill to maximum capacity and cannot run on match days, the eve of UEFA matches, or days when major events occupy the pitch. The audio guide carries you through the same languages as the museum, so you're not dependent on a live guide's schedule or language. Tours may be cancelled or rerouted without notice, a standard clause tied to the stadium's active use as a working venue.
