Matka Canyon sits close enough to Skopje that the morning begins at your hotel and ends back there the same evening, leaving the rest of your day free. From the canyon, the tour moves to Tetovo, a city beneath the Shara Mountain. The interior is equally detailed, blending Islamic and Baroque influences.
