The experience

The tour starts at Jemaa el-Fna and moves through the souk's hidden workshops where artisans work by specialty. You stop at blacksmith shops making wrought iron, bronze and pewter (lamps, lanterns and filigree work), then move into the leather quarter where tanners make slippers, sandals and traditional shoes in different colors and designs.
