What’s the experience like?

Sunlight hit the stones just right as we walked into Teotihuacán. There’s a dry, mineral smell in the air—dusty but somehow clean. Before climbing anything, we stopped for a tasting in San Martín. First came pulque—the “drink of the gods”—which is kind of tangy and thick, nothing like tequila (which we tried next).
