The experience
You arrive at the kitchen and choose whether to make tamales or chiles rellenos. The main dish that will anchor the meal. Chef Karla walks you through each step: preparing guacamole and roasted salsa from scratch, then moving to ceviche or grilled shrimp (garlic or BBQ) that you cook on the outdoor grill. The vegetables come from the garden on the property, picked fresh that morning. By the time you finish plating, you've built a complete meal with your own hands.
The tasting runs parallel to the cooking. You'll sample five margaritas (spicy cucumber, mango, Cadillac, strawberry, and tamarind) alongside homemade mezcal and tequila. All drinks are included, so you taste freely without ordering. Between courses, chef Karla shows you through one of San Jose del Cabo's largest art galleries, which occupies the same space. The whole experience runs two hours and wraps before the afternoon heat peaks.
