The session opens with the cultural background, then a careful demonstration where each motion carries weight, and then it's your turn to prepare matcha yourself, step by step, with guidance. The experience includes two bowls of matcha (one prepared by the host, one by you), and traditional seasonal Japanese sweets that arrive as part of the rhythm of the ceremony.
