The day starts on Seven Mile Beach itself. You walk the white sand, then choose from parasailing, snorkeling, tubing or a glass-bottom boat ride out to Booby Cay Island, known for fresh lobsters. The boat and beach time let you move at your own pace: some travelers spend an hour in the water, others prefer to stay on shore. Everything happens in a private vehicle with your own guide, so there's no waiting for a group to assemble or move between stops.

After the beach, you head to Rick's Café, the clifftop bar where divers jump into the water below. You can watch from the deck, or jump yourself if you want to.
