The experience
The parasail itself is the centerpiece. You'll be lifted above the water behind the boat, towed out from Seven Mile Beach's white sand while the coastline spreads below. Before that, the catamaran carries you out from the beach, and a glass-bottom boat lets you watch the water without getting wet. Lunch and drinks come at Margaritaville, a beachfront spot on the sand itself, so you eat and swim in the same place.
The day wraps at Rick's Café, the clifftop bar famous for its divers. You'll watch them jump from the rocks into the sea at sunset, or stay for the after-party if the light's gone. The whole route (beach to boat to lunch to the cliff) is guided, and a driver picks you up in an air-conditioned vehicle and brings you back. Jamaican Redstripe beer or rum punch comes with the package, along with bottled water throughout.

What is Rick's Café and why is it famous?

Will I need to bring anything, or is gear provided?
The parasailing harness and parachute are provided as part of the activity. Bring a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. Bottled water is supplied throughout the day.
