The tour starts with a drive down Main Street in Ocho Rios, passing the Clock Tower at the town center, then moves through Buckfield as your guide provides commentary on what you're seeing. From there you head into Fern Gully, a three-mile stretch of winding road where towering ferns create a dense canopy overhead. The area holds roughly 300 different fern species, and the shade keeps the air cool even on a warm day. You'll walk or drive through this section, surrounded by blue mahoe trees and thick greenery.

Spice Mountain (also called Breadnut Hill) comes next, and the climb brings you to views across the Caribbean Sea and the town below.
