The spring itself is a 40-by-50-foot pool fed by mineral water, with a depth of 35 feet. Life guards dive from overhanging trees into the spring, and if you want to jump, the adventurous can leap from a 22-foot platform or take a ladder down to the cold water. A separate swimming pool fed by the same mineral springs sits nearby for those who prefer a gentler entry. The grounds include a bar and grill, cabanas, and a volleyball court on beach sand, so you can spend as much of the day here as you want.

After your time at the spring, you head to Rick's Café in Negril, about 30 minutes away. You'll have roughly two hours there to watch professional divers perform from the cliffs, listen to reggae, and take in the sunset.
