You spend 45 minutes riding an ATV through Rio Nuevo Village's scenic countryside, navigating rugged terrain, muddy paths and water crossings surrounded by hills and tropical vegetation. Before the ride begins, a certified guide walks you through safety and runs a quick driving skill test to make sure you can handle the bike and the group can move together safely. Whether you've ridden before or this is your first time, the guide leads the route and stays with you the whole way.

After the ride, you head to the Ocho Rios Jerk Center in town for lunch. The kitchen serves freshly prepared jerk chicken cooked with authentic Jamaican spices. It's the standard dish here and the one thing the operator guarantees. You eat in a casual atmosphere, refuel, and get a taste of how Jamaica actually eats.
