Over four hours, the Cesarina walks you through three dishes: a seasonal starter, pasta, and a typical dessert. She reveals the techniques and tricks that make each one work, and you put your hands on every step, mixing, shaping, cooking. This is not a demonstration you watch. It's a class where you do the work.

Once everything is cooked, you sit down to taste all three dishes you've just made, paired with a selection of local red and white wines. Water and coffee are also included. The whole experience stays private. It's just you and the Cesarina, no group, no strangers in the kitchen.
