The experience
You'll work at a table beside the Portici Royal Palace, the 18th-century summer retreat where Bourbon kings once spent their summers between Vesuvius and the sea. The class is fully hands-on: everyone cooks, everyone takes part. With your host by your side, you start by kneading fresh pasta dough and shaping it into either traditional tagliatelle or handmade ravioli, learning how a few simple ingredients become the foundation of Neapolitan cooking. Then comes dessert. You layer tiramisu piece by piece, discovering the small secrets that make it so loved.
After the cooking comes the eating. You sit down together to enjoy everything you've made, paired with local red wine, surrounded by stories and the warmth of a real Neapolitan table. The class opens with a welcome aperitif and tasting of typical Campania products, setting the stage for what you'll learn. You'll leave with new recipes, new skills, and a piece of Neapolitan life to take home.
